1:25.8	time to write this out. So I'm going to share the gist of it with you. This comes from a woman named Sarah, but not with an age like me.
1:33.5	And she is a tenured professor at a big research university. And she's a mom to two kids, ages eight and
1:40.2	11. And she balances research, teaching, a lot of admin in her career as she's currently the
1:46.5	director of graduate studies. And she's also the primary family organizer of her household. And
1:52.7	she does almost all of her planning and tracking on paper and has one of the most comprehensive
1:58.8	systems I've ever seen. So this is a planner
2:02.3	piece that I think is worth hearing about, even if you're partly digital but looking to maybe
