How are things out in Dallas?

And I spent a few days in Phoenix over the weekend, and it was, believe it or not, amazing there as well.

Oh, Phoenix is nice.

Yeah, it's nice in February and early March.

So my parents live about 45 minutes away from Sky Harbor International Airport.

And I had a flight that left on Tuesday morning at 7.10 a.m., which was a very stupid calculation on my part, which means that you have to, I mean,

it was about a half hour commute from my parents' house to the airport and the flight left at

seven. So I was like up at 4.15, you know, just getting ready and stuff. And the night before,

the reason why I bring this up is because the night before, I was like, you know what, I'm just

going to get a crappy Marriott down by the airport and I'll just, you know,

pay the 80 bucks and stay closer to the airport so I can sleep another hour.

And I was looking in Fairfield Inns and courtyards and all the hotels that you and I have made a living staying off of were like 250.

And I'm like, it's that nice in Phoenix right now.
