to speak with another human. So I'm joined today by my guest, who is Kara McMurtry,

who is an autistic former Great Britain Olympic Rower, and she's the founder and director of

neurodiverse sport, which is a not-for-profit

organisation with a mission to raise awareness of neurodiversity in sport and whose mission is for

neuroinclusive practice to become the norm in all sports.

Hi, thank you for having me, and I feel absolutely privileged that you have been compelled to

interview me.

Well, you know, the compulsion was strong because, as you know, but the listeners

won't know, I actually read an article about yourself on

BBC News. And that article really resonated with me because I have a lot of very similar,

if not identical experiences to you. And I thought that it might be really useful to other people because I think there may be

so many people listening to the show. They may have similar experiences. We'd be so grateful to hear
