I am Glenn Lowry.

I'm the Mertens Stolts professor of the Social Sciences

at Brown University and John Paulson Senior Fellow

at the Manhattan Institute.

And I'm joined today by Omar Bartov, who is the Samuel Pissar Professor of Holocaust and Genocide

Studies in the Department of History at Brown University.

My colleague, I have known his acquaintance for many years here at Brown,
