Last week I said I was ill I had my honey and ginger tea and it appears that my body is now approaching 30 and does not want to get better. So it turns out I'm still ill. So today if you're watching live on YouTube, or not live on YouTube, but that's not how YouTube works. If you're watching on YouTube, you're going to try and count the amount of times that I cough and mute myself at the same time.

So I will hopefully avoid all of the coughs on the podcast. But if you're watching on YouTube, you may see me hit the mute button a lot.
