One on One is back! Joe Thomlinson and Juliette Ferrington continue their indepth conversations with some of the biggest names in football. 

Jules has been to Brighton to meet Fabian Hurzeler, who at 31 years old, is the youngest manager in the Premier League. Hurzeler chats about the sacrifices he's made to get where he is and what it's like coaching players who are sometimes older than him.  

Meanwhile, Joe's been talking to Watford's 35 year old gaffer, Tom Cleverley. The former Manchester United player is relatively new to management and he discusses his approach to football, as well as what it's like negotiating the transfer window.
