You do anything fun for Valentine's Day?

No, I asked my wife the other day.

I was like, it's on a Friday.

And she was like, I don't know.

Crickets.

I typically cook for Valentine's Day. And I don't know what I'm going to do this year because my wife really likes fish and shrimp and stuff like that. And I'm a pretty good, I'm a pretty good cook,

but I can't cook seafood to save my life. Broil that bad world. Yeah. Well, how long do you do it?

I mean, depends on the fish and the thickness, but what's your favorite? Well, I like a, I mean, there's a, what do it? I mean, depends on the fish and the thickness, but... What's your favorite?

Well, I like a, I mean, there's a, what is it, halibut I like, and you put a, you know,

a little, little olive oil on it, sprinkle on some paprika, put it in, then broil it

with a little lemon and butter, put it in a broiler for like five minutes

it comes out it's like flaky goodness amazing yummy yummy i'm gonna have to i'm gonna have to look

into that yeah or have you done the fish bag at croger the fish bag oh see that's the best

kept secret at croaker you go to the seafood department you pick out a piece of fish, and you say, can I get a

fish pack? It's called a fish pack, not a fish bag. And so they'll take that piece of fish,

and for no additional charge, they'll go get a little oven pack, and they'll put it in. They'll put

...
