We are joined again by my twin sister Lucy! I figured it made since for us to have this conversation together since we've both dealt with this kind of thing, specifically in our experience with lightweight rowing. I love hearing her perspective and advice on this as well since Lucy is often who I turn to when I'm in a rut. We give a synopsis of our own fear of weight gain and overexercise era as well as give advice for those of you trying to overcome this chapter. It's something we continue to work on mindset wise as it ebbs and flows. I hope our words on this matter can help :)
