I am pleased to bring to you today from the great Britain powerlifting team Terry Matthews

introduced to me by Wildman.

We're having a well-man connected on the socials and we went and had a meal recently in

Gilford and Terry's story, wow, he's been arrested 15 times.

And if you've seen the picture, which is going to pop up right now on the video and is

also on the thumbnail, you can see how big Terry was at the peak.

Now this is also a serious story with some lessons and some information about mental illness

because Terry was actually arrested 15 times.

At the peak of his humongous size, he was melting down and I'll give you one example, one

of the stories he told us was he was on the tube, everyone had the phones out and he

just stands up and he's like, I know you're all filming me, turn your phones off right

now.

Because he's so big, they're all like, man, they're all hiding the phones, Terry fired

of him.

But before we get to that then.

That happened more than once.

That happened more than once, believe me, yeah, my add a natural fear of people using

phones around me and stuff like that was so wrapped up in it, you know.

This tragic miracle because some of the stories we were laughing but at the end of the day,

you know, people were afraid and we'll get to all that.
