Okay guys, well I am going to share about

pastoring and leading a room in worship. How many of you right now are a

leading worship? Yeah, okay, beautiful. How many of you are not doing it yet but it's something, it's a dream and something you want to get into?

Okay, beautiful, so a lot of you guys are doing this.

Amazing.

I love getting to lead worship. I think I'm in the place where I really love it now

for probably the first decade of doing it, it was a love-hate relationship.

I loved it at moments and I hated it at other moments.

How many of you have walked off a stage or left a small group meeting or left a moment where you got to lead worship and you said to yourself I'm never doing that again.

Okay, if you haven't said that you're going to say that at some point because it takes everything.

Leadership requires so much and I just want to start by looking at the greatest leader in history and this Jesus.

And he is the goal and he's the one we set our eyes on as leaders.

And I want to start by this scripture of I believe what everything that Jesus's leadership came out of

John 519 when he said the son can do nothing by himself he only does what he sees the father doing. Great leaders in

the kingdom are great followers of the presence of God.

Everything that Jesus did was from an overflow of his relationship with Father.
