I'm much, much, much better. For those of you who remember the last couple of weeks of podcasts, I sounded a little bit like death warmed over, but anyway, I feel significantly better so Miles Simmons and I are going to go sort of light on a couple of things that remain in the public eye a week and a half after the

Super Bowl from the Super Bowl so we'll get into that in our first segment we're

also going to be joined by Patrick Mahomes. I had a 15 minute

conversation with Mahomes on Monday of this week and he was good. He was enlightening about motivation to three peat.

I thought he was excellent on the fourth and one play in overtime.

You'll really learn a lot from why he did exactly what he did on that play.

And the other thing that I think you'll learn about that and about him is listen to what he says when I ask him so Sean

Payton told me basically this is the first match point in Super Bowl history and you had it you

go to the line if you make the play if you gain a yard or more, the Super Bowl continues.

If you get stuffed, game over, you lose the Super Bowl.

And I think you'll enjoy what his reaction was to that. I know that I did and it says a lot about

what makes Mahomes, Mahomes. In the second half of our Pod Miles and I are going to discuss some of the looming events of the off season.
