And he's back, Mr. Patrick Miranda of Movements. They're back. He's back. They're also back with a

brand new album, No Good Left to Give if you liked their last album you're going to love this one too.

They evolved.

They took some chances musically, lyrically. I love that they did that. They didn't play it

safe. However, this record is just a solid, if not more solid than their

debut record feels something so check it out and he's

here and he's great and this is a great conversation that I actually just recorded moments ago.

You know, usually with this thing, I've got a bunch in the cue

and sometimes like, especially lately,

because so many people have wanted to talk to me due to the COVID thing.

Sometimes it can even be like a month or two before I actually managed to get the episode out.

which I don't even know how I could even do that.
