1:26.0	Well there are lots of interpretation to what it is but frankly it's a little bit different than that at the time
1:36.1	Steve Hershey of the video basically you had a conversation with me and it was like, well what are the types of things that
1:46.8	the police investigate and prosecutors prosecute? And I said the following are the favorite topics of prosecutors across the country.
2:01.0	That got interpreted by some people to mean that those
2:06.4	subjects are obscene. I never said that. Can you elaborate what those things were?
2:13.0	Well, it was like violence against women.
2:18.0	It was interracial sex, urination, death, you know, any of those, anything that indicated a person
2:29.4	might be underage or any sort of physical abuse, those were the things that prosecutors were picking
2:39.3	to prosecute.
2:40.8	So all I said was if you publish these they could be the subject of selection by the authorities, if you will, and prosecuted.
