0:09.5	is Ulta Beauty, who if you don't know,
0:11.4	there are a chain of beauty stores
0:12.8	where you get makeup, skin care.
0:14.5	This is because recently an Ulta employee posted
0:16.4	a TikTok video that has just gone viral
0:18.3	showing how the company allegedly disposes
0:20.0	of returned beauty products.
0:21.1	This is what we do at all to have.
0:23.2	When someone returns something, even if it's not used.
0:26.4	And in that video, the employee, Bianca Levinson, then goes on to destroy beauty items
0:29.7	by scraping unused eye shadow out of a palette, snapping a new lip liner in half,
0:33.6	and pouring out a full bottle of hair product.
0:35.5	And she also later went on to tell reporters, I was truly shocked that this is how returns were handled.
0:39.5	Also saying I want people to realize that when they return things,
0:41.7	it's not always put back on the shelf.
0:43.2	They should reconsider before returning items they purchase.
0:45.4	I understand some people have to return things,
0:47.0	but if it's not necessary, then I don't believe they should return it.
