0:09.1	gonna talk about today, today's show is starting out heavy. It's this truly horrible and
0:13.6	heartbreaking and infuriating story involving YouTuber Corey LaBerry and a popular tattoo artist by
0:18.4	the name of Daniel Silva. And this news was first reported by TMZ, which of course you kind of go,
0:21.6	maybe it's not real.
0:22.6	But then we did see it corroborated by social media posts from Corey's brother and mother.
0:26.6	With Corey's mother writing in her post, my heart breaks right now.
0:29.6	On my son's 25th birthday today, he was very drunk and got into a car with a drunk driver.
0:34.6	The accident killed him instantly. No words can describe the sadness I feel in losing a child.
0:39.3	And soon after we saw the Los Angeles Police Department confirming in a statement they had also arrested the driver of that vehicle for murder.
0:45.3	Also identifying that individual as Daniel Silva, a popular tattoo artist who has appeared on the show Inkmaster.
0:50.3	According to the statement, this crash happened at 9.39 p.m. when Silva was speeding in a McLaren sports car and lost control.
0:56.9	He then ran off the road and crashed into a street sign and tree. Silva then, according to reports,
1:01.5	exited the vehicle, attempted to leave the scene, but he was stopped by citizens who came to help.
1:05.8	LaBerry and Silva were then transported to the hospital for medical treatment where police said that the
1:09.2	passenger ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
1:11.4	While they did not specify what injuries Silva sustained,
1:13.6	according to TMZ,
1:14.5	Silva suffered a broken hip.
