0:06.4	This video is essentially part two of a two-part Philip DeFranco show today. We had to release part one earlier in the day as a separate video.
0:12.8	Otherwise, the whole show would have gotten suppressed. It's a very heavy topic, but important topic, and I'm specifically not saying what it is because I'm worried that YouTube will crack down on this video as well.

0:32.6	And the first thing we're gonna talk about today is Blackface, which is not a topic we would normally talk about on this show.
0:38.3	Though, we do see spikes usually after Halloween.
0:42.3	But the reason we have to talk about this in May is Jimmy Fallon.
0:45.3	So Fallon, who's really these days seen as the squeaky clean late night host of the tonight show, got a lot of backlash on Tuesday.
0:51.3	And this is because a video of him on Saturday Night Live from the year 2000
0:54.7	popped up on social media. And in that video and sketch, he darkened his skin and was doing an
0:59.7	impersonation of Chris Rock. You know, almost instantly, we ended up saying hashtag Jimmy Fallon is
1:03.8	over party trending. So this blew up. Ultimately, it led to Jimmy Fallon tweeting out an apology.
1:08.4	Writing in 2000 while on SNL, I made a terrible decision to do an impersonation of Chris Rock while in Blackface.
1:13.6	There is no excuse for this.
1:14.6	I am very sorry for making this unquestionably offensive decision and thank all of you for holding me accountable.
1:19.6	Now that said, one of the interesting things that has kind of spun off of this story is that there is now a debate around what is and is not blackface. Interestingly enough, one of the people saying that it is not blackface and was actually defending,
1:30.3	Jimmy Fallon was Jamie Fox.
1:32.3	With Fox reportedly commenting on a post, he was doing an impression of Chris Rock, it wasn't blackface.
