0:08.0	And the first thing we're going to talk about today, easily one of the most requested
0:10.8	stories is this story involving the police and Shake Shack. So late last night, New York City's
0:15.5	Detectives Endowment Association publishes the safety message, noting that three officers
0:19.2	were quote, intentionally poisoned by one or more workers at a shake shack in Manhattan.
0:23.3	With a statement from the association's president, Paul Di Giacomo, continuing, after tasting the milkshakes they purchased, they became ill, making it necessary for them to go to an area hospital.
0:31.8	Fortunately, our fellow officers were not seriously harmed. With a statement going on to say the police across the country are under attack by vicious criminals who dislike us
0:39.1	simply because of the uniform we wear,
0:40.9	adding emboldened by pandering elected officials,
0:43.2	these cowards will go to great lengths
0:44.8	to harm any member of law enforcement.
0:46.7	And so to deal with all this, he goes on
0:48.0	to warn officers to be vigilant and not buy food
0:50.1	from places that they are not familiar with.
0:51.7	And around the same time, we saw Patrick Lynch, the city's police benevolent association president
0:55.4	issuing a similar statement warning officers
0:57.4	to use caution, saying,
0:58.6	when New York City police officers cannot even take a meal
1:01.0	without coming under attack, it is clear that environment
1:03.4	in which we work has deteriorated at a critical level.
1:05.9	We cannot afford to let our guard down for even a moment.
