you. I have three primary exhortations for you. My first exhortation to you is that you put on a

comfortable pair of shoes, something that's comfy and versatile, because we are going to be

needing that for where we are going today.

And the second thing I encourage you to do is to perhaps notice where you are carrying some tension.

The fact of the matter is it is quite difficult to relax when we are stiff as a board,

and so you can scan your body from bottom to top and try to notice,

is it in the shoulders, is it in the neck, maybe it's in the hands, wherever you carry tension,
