programs across the college football universe, Penn State, James Franklin, and his staff,

trying to navigate the next nine to ten days as they get to the blue-white game while also trying to keep their roster intact as best they can. And of course, monitoring all the players from other programs who are entering the portal at this time of the year. We're going to break down a few changes that are going to directly adjust the Penn State depth chart moving forward.

And we'll talk a little bit about what we witnessed and heard on the practice field during our

weekly visit on Tuesday afternoon and into the evening.

And as I said, week four of spring ball has been pretty enlightening, not just for what we

know about the nitty lines right now, but what this roster might look like come late August into September.

And we'll begin with the obvious mark.

This is not convenient for James Franklin or really anyone else across college football.

The fact that Penn State has this spring transfer window, it's going to open and it's going to close.

It opened on Tuesday, or on Wednesday.

It's going to close next Friday.
