that program was disallowed under the Trump-D-E-I cuts. It wasn't a scholarship program. There's still

scholarships equally available for people of all races, including white people,

and white people can still join the Marine Band and aren't discriminated against. But this was a

program just to try to usher in, foster in minorities who are underrepresented in orchestras.

As I say, black people, 2% of orchestras. So the Marine Band said, let's have a diversity type scholarship to try to promote that.
