1:16.6	that program was disallowed under the Trump-D-E-I cuts. It wasn't a scholarship program. There's still
1:24.4	scholarships equally available for people of all races, including white people,
1:28.5	and white people can still join the Marine Band and aren't discriminated against. But this was a
1:33.0	program just to try to usher in, foster in minorities who are underrepresented in orchestras.
1:39.7	As I say, black people, 2% of orchestras. So the Marine Band said, let's have a diversity type scholarship to try to promote that.
