I love that question because I know that my tendency to be a people-pleaser because a lot of it because of my environment and my upbringing my tendency to always feel that I wasn't good enough

and to be a doormat led to me getting cancer and if it's one message that I would want every single person on the planet to know it's that low self-esteem, self-hatred, self-loathing, a lack of value for yourself can lead to illness and not just any illness but it can lead to detrimental illnesses
