let's jump in. You guys, I found something really helpful. Monitoring blood biomarkers is extremely

important, as you know, and keeping tabs on your inflammation, your metabolic health, your hormone

levels, your lipids, all of that is super important. And I like to do it a few times a year.

However, I admittedly have gotten really lazy about it because I live out in the country.

And getting to any kind of draw facility is like a 35, 40 minute drive depending on traffic.

And I don't love doing that in the morning, combating traffic and being in the fasted state, right,

which is the best place to test your biomarkers. And so I recently discovered Syfox Health.
