And I'm Lisa Trigger. Hello, this is a podcast where we talk about SVU, the True Crime's

they're based on. We have celebrity guests and up top we chat a little bit, we catch up,

even though truly we've been spending 800 hours together constantly because we're in the time

machine. Yeah. I think we'll by the time this episode comes out, we will have missed each other

because I have been out of town for a couple weeks, you know, you're doing stuff.

But at this point, we're really these are kind of super time machine episodes just because of

of the of the holidays, you know, we got to let all of our babies at exactly right take a little

break ski and we need a break. So, you know, it's before holidays for us right now, but it'll be

post holidays, it'll be the brand new year when this comes out. Actually, this comes out of my

sister's birthday. She does not listen to the podcast, but happy birthday sis. And sis, yeah,

maybe some of you are thinking about your New Year's resolutions. Probably not. That's like so.

Well, no, we're just trying to survive at this point. I don't know, like, what am I going to

really say the same thing again over for the 10th year in a row? Like, it's done. I'm not going
