Hey guys, welcome to this edition of the Carl Jackson Show podcast, your daily dose of objective truth and a world of confusion and lies. It's actually Saturday morning and we're recording a special podcast that we're putting out for you guys just because I wasn't able to record last night. And obviously there was so much news. But basically what I want to do is a highlight show of the confirmation hearings,

0:21.8

but I am going to give you some quick headlines. Obviously, we saw that Lear Jet, Learjet,

0:27.7

I guess it was a Learjet 55, I believe it's called, that crashed in Philadelphia.

0:33.9

I mean, such a sad state of affairs. Apparently, you had a two, a pilot and a co-pilot.

0:40.0

You had a, if I'm not mistaken, a pediatrician and a paramedic and also a patient, a young girl, sadly, and her mother that had just received treatment, life-saving treatment in a hospital

0:58.2

in Philadelphia, I believe a Shriners Hospital, if I recall correctly, in Philadelphia.

1:02.8

And they couldn't have been in the sky more than a minute before they literally fell out

1:07.4

of the sky. So obviously, we don't know why. And there's been a lot of speculation

1:13.8

as to why. I've heard some, you know, some things, obviously many people are talking about the reason

1:19.4

why the flames were so huge. And all this kind of stuff is obviously the jet fuel once it hit

1:24.8

the ground on impact and maybe they had oxygen tanks. All of that is to be known so we'll wait and see and won't speculate but obviously the jet fuel is going to make fire just you know go like crazy that's what we saw at 9-11 with those with those buildings and then and then another gentleman I said something that I think makes, it makes sense to me, but I have no clue.

1:48.5

And he happens to be a pilot.

1:50.5

And he said, listen, here's what I think happened.

1:52.9

It's basically the Kobe Bryant thing.

1:54.9

They were low clouds.

1:58.2

A Lear jet is really fast.

2:00.3

You have to, it's really sensitive for people flying, you know, a Lear jet.

2:05.7

It's a really fast jet.

2:07.4

And he thinks the instruments may have given out or weren't working properly.

2:11.3

And the guys simply, or the pilots simply didn't know, or pilots, pilot and co-pilot, didn't know which way was up. You know, just like we saw

2:19.1

in that Kobe Bryant case, and he mentioned another crash that happened several years back,

2:24.9

where the same thing happened. And that makes sense to me, just given how fast it was falling
