may not know what is sex surrogacy?

So sex surrogacy is a term that many people use to describe surrogate partner therapy.

surrogate partner therapy is a term that's not as well known just because the name sex, the word sex is not in the title and it's easier to Google, find whatever sex, anything.

Surgical Partner Therapy was started by Masters and Johnson way back in the day when they were trying to find and how couples find ways to work together and grow intimate skills and be able to conquer concerns around premature ejaculation or delayed

ejaculation or inability to orgasm whether it's for vaginismus or any

other myriad of issues.

For those people that came to see Masters in Johnson that didn't have a partner,

they hired sex workers to partner with them.

And they found that the results with those that had sex workers working with them,

hence surrogate partners working with them, were as good of results as those who had actual partners.

So they began the surrogate partner program, which is still going on today.

Wow. Yeah. So what does surrogate partnership look like today?

Yeah, so it's fascinating because clients come to me with any level of concerns

whether like I said it's premature ejaculation. Let's just use that as an example.

And it could be because it's something that's been chronic it could be

acute it could be because of a recent disability or shyness or you know fear
