understand why I am ashamed of listening to psychology in Seattle and of email. So I laugh, not because I'm

laughing at you, Emily, but because I can kind of relate in that when people ask me what I do,

if I'm at a party or I'm meeting someone, I always

hesitate a bit to say that I'm a podcaster and YouTuber because of the stigma or I'm worried

what people, I mean, but even before when I was a therapist and a professor in psychology

and psychotherapy, I learned over time that people

had a wide variety of reactions to me when I would say that I was a therapist and that I worked

in psychology. For some people, it was just like, oh, that's interesting, or they would not

be interested and they'd just be like, huh, anyway, or they would be afraid of me,

or they would start judging me, or they would ask me really weird questions.

And so I would just never know.

And becoming a podcaster and YouTuber primarily, I also don't know how people react.

You know, generally speaking, people react pretty well.
