Were you one of a large family?

No, only two.

My sister and myself. And both your parents were singers. Yes, both they have been a very well-known singers on Spanish music which we call

Thartuela. Operators?

Well, it's not exactly Operetta, it's Tharsuela.

That's all I can tell you.

He's a music that is really a beautiful, dramatic at moments and it never gets so complicated as

as tragic as it could be an opera because most of them they have a happy ending

but nevertheless there are some kind of dramas

and intrigues and jealousy

in the different regions of Spain.

And it's really wonderful, wonderful music and they were very much involved in it.

Well let's have your first record and that indeed is going to be a bit of Zazwela.

Well yes because that was the first music I hear it in my life.

I listen a lot to my parents in the theater.

And one of the beautiful works I hear is a trilogy of three little sarsuillas which they are called

the Revoltosa, the Verbena of the Paloma, and Agua, Succaryos and Agwardiente.
