So, oh, man, where do you even start this week?

It was a really heavy one, I think, especially when you think about police violence.

As if the trial, reliving the police killing of George Floyd,

weren't enough. Another black man was killed by police in Minnesota over the weekend.

That's in the wake of news about a police shooting of a 13-year-old boy.

A couple weeks ago here in Chicago, we also heard about police pepper spraying a black man in Virginia.

Because of protests, especially around the killing of George Floyd last summer,

it seemed like people were, I don't know, more ready than ever before to have conversations about police reform.
