One, I guess falls under the heading of maybe informational and the latter I guess falls under the heading of inspirational or maybe aspirational

but we'll start with the information first I mean by the time you hear this there may very well be a

verdict in the Hunter-Biden case. I just want to kind of remove him from it for a

second and talk about our federal firearms laws.

And 50 states, they're all entitled to have their own firearm statutes.

But they're also federal firearm statutes.

Many of you know that because some of them are under attack.

Some of them are being litigated at the Supreme Court level.

As to why, is there sufficient interstate commerce or federal nexus to make a gun law

a federal crime. So that's been litigated right now.

But let's just go with the law as it is.
