Spectrevision Radio Another late, late Saturday night at the Ron Tanglethorn show.

Later than you ever thought was possible.

The final night, as it turns out, yes, as I mentioned last week, after three years and three months of hosting this program,

this is my last go-round talking about all things paranormal.

It's been one strange and wild trip, absolutely.

And I'm not moving on to another show or another radio station

or any kind of podcasting goodness.

No, I'm heading in a different direction.

I'm going to be taking over the family

farm in Adam's Mills. That's about 60 miles away from city center. We've grown mostly wheat

and oats for about 40 years, and what can I tell you? The soil is calling, my friends, as I knew it eventually would.

So I definitely wish everyone out there all the best for the future.

Those won't be going anywhere.

Now each Saturday, of course, usually means an hour of open phones, but I didn't really want to get into the whole Maudolin farewell scenario.

That's just not very good radio.

And something happened here recently, which sowed fertile ground for a nice so long broadcast.

WTOI's noble intern, Jess, brought me a mysterious shoebox this week.

And she said, do you want to look through this? I said, what do we have here?

And she said, well you want to look through this? I said, what do we have here? And she said, well, these are letters people have sent you over the past three months.
