See, if you can't be merciful with me for they shall obtain mercy.

See, if you can't be merciful with me, you can't obtain mercy for you.

If you can believe that God can forgive you, then you got to leave the door open and let me in too. Because the same wretchedness that made you need grace is the same wretchedness that made me need grace. It's the same wretchedness that made me need grace.

And grace then flows because if you can receive it, you can give it. But if you can't receive it,

you can't give it. That goes for love. If you can't receive love, you can't give love.

That goes for friendship. If you want friends, you must show yourself friendly.

If something doesn't change in you, it's not going to change in other people.

So maybe you've been praying for them when you ought to be praying for you.

Okay. I'm going gonna leave that alone.

So Paul is bringing theology to this new holy thing we call the church.

It is nebulous without his writings.

It is indistinct without his writings. It is indistinct without his writings.

It is not absolute without his writings.

And most of New Testament theology has come from the pen of Paul.

Paul writes the book of Romans.

It is the Magna Carta of theology as it relates to grace.

It is flamboyant grace.

Correctly spoken, the Bible when it says in Romans,

that it is freely, grace is freely given, the word there should be promiscuous.

It is gracious flirtatious.

It is gracious walking up down the hall saying, you want some?
