It means that he should not miss significant time.

He'll start the year in the IL, but it's possible to say like May 1st, May 15th,

Shane McClanahan will be back, which when you think about it,

we had him capped at 150 innings.

So final, maybe he'll go 120 or so this year.

This is the best news we could possibly hope for, considering that it looked like he was hurt again,

would have to get another T.JS procedure.

Ian Anderson was traded from Atlanta to the Angels for Jose Suarez, which is very interesting.

Jose Suarez is backup SP depth for Atlanta.

Atlanta clearly just didn't trust Ian Anderson and realized they needed, they wanted to be able to put AJ Smith Schaver. I don't really

know what the plan is here, but I will say that Smith Schaubber should be the SP5 and

Bryce Elder will be kind of the long relief and then Jose Souraz at some point will be helpful.

Just remember, Atlanta does not have Ian Anderson anymore.

Maybe the Angels are going six ma'am.
