That's exciting, but I'm even more excited

about another development that I just learned shortly

homegrown talent at the New York area,

at a New Jersey area, like Lake Hopacong

or whatever you call it.

I'm not from Lake O'Paccon,

but I love the fact that none of the New York jets could

pronounce O'Paccon. It seems like everyone has really know which of those towns you're from up there

in the west. Which one is it again? Netcom. Net con net con net con I always think it's hackets down like no that's where we go to get wings when we when I visit you it's not like a pack on that's where you go to just like hang out and have fun on the boats and stuff never really went on the boats I mean maybe like once in my life but that's a

friend Jonathan owns a boat and rents it he He bought it to rent it out.
