Hey, welcome once again. I'm so glad that you're here. I hope you'll enjoy this next two weeks as we

cover the content of a book by a guy named John Mark Comer called Practicing the Way. A friend let us borrow it a few

weeks ago and I've been enjoying the read. It has certainly been interesting, which I'll tell you more

about in a moment. If you recognize his name, it may be from his better known work, the relentless

elimination of hurry, which is a really good book about setting up Sabbath rests in your day and in your week.

So if you want to look him up or you really enjoy these episodes, I think you might enjoy

going through some of his material. But I will say to take some caution, he like every other

author in the world will say things that are true and that are super duper helpful and may get

carried away in some ways and even depart from the truth.
