Welcome to the Symposium. Have you ever asked yourselves how is it that books about martial arts and warfare

0:07.0

contains so many good insights about self-improvement?

0:11.0

If you have asked yourself this question, you have come to the right

0:14.4

place. And there is no one better here to talk with me about it than Josh.

0:18.8

Well, thank you. Yeah, I wouldn't say I know all that much about martial arts but when it comes to

0:24.8

Eastern philosophy on the other hand I am quite the connoisseur of it if I do say so

1:20.4

understanding it was mostly just a sword manual and there wasn't that much philosophy to it and then

1:25.8

you said to me well there is actually philosophical components to it and then I was all

1:31.0

over it and I'm fresh off of the press from reading it and so it's all in my mind and I really enjoyed it actually just as a general

1:39.9

sort of impression of the book I thought it was great. You know, if you're interested in furthering your abilities of your mind and the blade,

1:49.1

then it's for you and I for one, all for all of those things.

1:54.0
