But my guest today is Dustin McComis, who has been on the show before.

And Dustin and I are going to kind of set the stage for the big high stakes events that are already taking

place. I did my first main event last night. There's a couple others that are in the books,

and then Dustin and I will both be going to Las Vegas here next week. So just going to set the

stage with which players are heading up, which trends we're noticing and stuff like that.

But first, Dustin, I really appreciate you join me again. How you doing, man?

I'm doing well. And yeah, it's like a case of senioritis, you know, looking ahead to

Vegas and looking at some of the main event draft boards. And I just started my draft champion CLQ right now so I'm sweating over

every two hour clock and analyzing every selection way too much than I need to be but it's good

it's a really fun time of the year especially we're both obviously baseball guys but you've got

spring training going you got college baseball full swing you got the high school baseball season me, which is a big deal in full swing down here in Texas. So it's a great time of the year. And thanks for having me on. Of course. And you have, you're taking part in the biggest event of Vegas in the Champions League auction. You earned a place in convincing fashion in that event.

So how are you feeling like you're less than two weeks away from that big auction?

You did your first auction the other night.

Is it like good, good nerves?

Are you starting to really sweat sweat it out here i'm definitely

starting to sweat it i am very very very glad that i did an online auction before i jumped

into that that live auction in Vegas for the champions league i had never done an auction before

so i told myself i needed to do at least one from a prep standpoint. And boy, I'm like that I did it because it was an experience. It was really, really good practice. I learned a lot from it. So I have good nerves. You know, I feel I feel great about my knowledge of the player pool, but it's just all of that other stuff, you know, managing the money, you know, looking at other teams and seeing where they need to fill holes, how much money they have, all that sort of stuff.
