Fox. Professor Josh Blackman is an expert on constitutional law and the United States

Supreme Court. His work was quoted during two presidential impeachment trials.

He's testified before Congress, appeared on about every television channel you can possibly think of.

He's published commentaries in the New York Times,

the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post,

and other leading national publications since 2012.

Josh has served as a professor at the South Texas College of Law in Houston.

He's also an adjunct scholar of the Cato Institute. He's authored three books which is two more than I have read, including an Amazon top five best

seller.

And he's written more than five dozen Law Review articles, it is exhausting to me to just read that.

I can't imagine reading five dozen lower view articles, but he's written them.

And those articles have been cited nearly a thousand times.

So all of which means he knows a lot more about constitutional law than I do.

And maybe even more than you do, but I want us to understand. I know not the politics of the pandemic. I mean people can figure out whatever they want to figure out about that, not the medicine of the pandemic, but the law.
