0:45.6	joining me for a story titled Promise of the Father. After Jesus rose from the dead, and before he ascended into heaven, he met with his disciples and said,
1:01.0	Do not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which you have heard from me.
1:09.0	For John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with
1:14.4	the Holy Spirit not many days from now. In this peaceful sleep meditation, we will wait for
1:23.8	God to provide the rest we need. And in waiting, we will focus on the Father's
1:29.9	promise, the beloved Holy Spirit. In his presence, we will trust him to guide us on our sleep
1:40.5	journey. We will follow his lead and listen for his direction.
