to AKA your HBFF and your favorite Wall Street girly. And this week, I have a question for you.

0:17.4

Have you ever thought, ugh, I'm so bad with money, I'm guessing a lot of you have. And frankly,

0:24.4

I have to early in my 20s, I was not this, you know, big personal finance buff. I was just as

0:32.2

irresponsible with my money as the worst of them. I was spending all of it on tequila and going

0:37.7

were all very, very basic and sure I can see the value. Psych was the first class where I was thinking

1:29.3

about the things that I was learning in the classroom and realizing that I could actually apply

1:33.7

them to my very own life. And I love that. I loved knowing why we thought the way we did and helping

1:41.3

to essentially fight against some psychological principles so that I could be a smarter,

1:47.0

more effective person. And today, I'm going to explain the psychology behind thinking smarter

1:53.1

and getting richer and what pitfalls to avoid in your own thinking to make sure that you make

1:58.1

better financial decisions. But before we get into that, I do want to say a quick thank you to our

partners at AG1. Since this episode is all about psychology and how to use your brain to combat

2:09.9

biases and be better with your money, I wanted to take a second and talk about how AG1 helps you

2:15.6

also be better with your finances while supporting whole body health. I gave AG1 a try because I
