Now on to our readings. Hey, welcome. Thanks for tuning in for another public reading of

scripture. My name's Jason Comans. Glad to have you here this evening with me here if you're in the

U.S. But thank you for tuning in from all over the world. We have people from multiple continents,

several countries joining in every week to just dive into God's Word together.

And tonight specifically, we're going to be in the book of 2nd Samuel continuing our reading there with chapters 15 and 16.

And then we're going to begin a new reading series in the book of Galatians.

We're going to go through the Pauline Epistles.

So we'll kick off Galatians this evening, chapters 1 and 2 as well.

But before we dive in, let's go to the Lord in prayer and ask for his blessing on this time.

So our Father, we come before you.

It's our blessing.

It's our privilege to open your word and allow you to just speak life and speak truth. We're finite, Lord, but you're infinite. We are created, Lord, but you're the creator. You're our rock God. We take refuge in you.

We trust in you.

And we ask now that you would grant us wisdom, discernment,

and understanding by the power of your spirit as we open your word.
