0:37.8	quest and part adventure. And it has been nothing but amazing so far from exploring the ancient history of Chichinitza going to the pyramid, connecting with the essence of that ancient energy, learning about the stories of what happened there,
0:56.0	and learning also about the enormous detail and preciseness with which that monument was constructed looking into the
1:07.6	solar cycles and mathematics and astronomy.
1:11.8	It's really, really amazing. To snorkeling with barracuda's and padded fish and the other fish and other amphibians in the vibrant reefs, I've been fully immersing myself in the local culture, savoring
1:26.8	the mouth-watering Mexican cuisine, the tacos and the empanadas and the seafood and who can forget the
1:35.7	services and absorbing everything that this beautiful country has to offer
1:41.6	especially the sunshine and the blue waters and the white sandy beaches. During my stay, I discovered the serene Sundara yoga studio nestled on the pristine beaches of Puerto Rico
1:55.0	Puyerto Morelos.
1:56.2	It was there that I met Rosio, who is a yoga teacher over here,
2:01.0	and Noah fellow yoga enthusiasts who frequently visits this
2:05.4	particular studio to practice and connect with community. So in this episode we
