you're right. Oh, you know what? You're the tough guy. Cool. You win. You're right. What it does is

it liberates us. And I have to say that every masterful or people who are more masterful that I know,

male or female, but especially it shows up in the men, is when they go, how can I avoid conflict?

How do I move either away from it or towards resolution? This for me is the ultimate power versus when people got to show you that they're right

and how tough they are.

And that takes also quite a lot of energy.
