Thank you for joining us for another edition of Mary Linkson's Thursday podcast as we are saying goodbye to

2024 and hello to 2025. Weirdly, New Year's Day is one of my favorite holidays. Actually,

weirdly, because it's kind of a new beginning, at least it was when I was a kid.

Now I don't only know what day it is, so I don't know the difference between December 12th and

January 1st anymore, but I know this. I'm grateful that you are joining us again as we say

hello to a new year, and I am joining hopefully I haven't heard

Mary Langston's voice yet but I hope that she has not retired she said she retired from singing

I hope she hasn't retired from this podcast are you there I'm here you're still stuck with

me for now thank you for having me.

so there's not really a whole idea of the one of y'all need to change.
