Hey, this is Trey, thank you for joining us for a Thursday edition as we creep our

0:24.2

way through September. I guess we are almost on the doorstep. I see we are on the doorstep of autumn

0:34.3

or fall as some people call it. One of my favorite times of the year may be my favorite time of the

0:40.4

year. Mary Langston, how about you? How's your summer coming to an end? It's going great. We watched

0:45.6

some tennis this past weekend and it was incredible to watch. I'm also excited about autumn. I think

0:51.5

it's my favorite too. I mean, I love the warm weather, but in the south, I think it's so humid,

0:56.8

so I'm ready for a little bit of, you know, that 70 degree weather. Yeah, and that is, um,

1:02.7

I probably won't make it on the other side, but maybe you and Terry can send me a note. I have

1:07.2

this idea in my head that it's going to be between 75 and 80 during the day and maybe dip down

1:28.0

hoping. In the meantime, do we have any questions? We do. We have several and they're all over the

1:32.8

board. So you ready to get started? I think so. Let me get my board out. Sounds great. We don't have

1:38.5

your lawyer. So we'll just keep rolling, but we appreciate y'all sending us your thoughts and all your

1:43.8

questions. You're always so thoughtful. We'll start with a question from Nancy on Twitter.

1:49.6

And she writes, do the majority of voters just always vote party and not candidate policies?

1:56.8

Nancy, that's a fascinating question. Party identification is really, really strong, especially now,

2:05.4

2:11.6

when I was a kid. I think I heard my dad. And one other gentleman referred to a yellow dog

2:18.5

Democrat. And what that meant was that person would vote Democrat, even if the candidate was a

2:24.9

yellow dog. And it's true on the other side too. Republicans, I can't tell you the number of time.

2:31.3

I mean, I've stood outside many, many, many polling booths as a candidate and people walk out
