Hey, welcome back into first draft just seven weeks away from the 2024 NFL draft, at least day one of it.

I'm Field of the 8th and of course he is Mel Kuiper Jr under 50 days away now what an exciting time for all those of us that love the NFL draft.

It really is. When you said seven weeks field it does sneak up on you these days

weeks fly by and before you know it we're gonna be pro days you're gonna days, weeks fly by. And before you know it, we're going to be pro days. You're going to be moving along, traveling all over the country of pro days field. And then we have mocks coming out. We start to get a little after free agency. We settle into needs a little better because what does free agency do? It eliminates needs and it creates needs right?

So what we think a team may need right now will change in another two weeks. So we got an exciting weekend

because we'll start getting a little idea this

weekend about wood free agents may be moving, where they're going. Next week the new league year starts right on the

13th Wednesday. So once that ball starts rolling downhill, it never stops, you'll.

Yeah, just a couple of notes that there. You did mention some pro days. I will be in Oregon,

Monday and Tuesday mail. Eugene, my first time there, never been. So if anybody who was

listening right now has suggestions of places to see eat etc I don't know how much disposable time I have but as a newbie I'm certainly open to any recommendations you might have check out of course Bo Nix being the headlining player as far as the

pro day is concerned but of Troy Franklin Jackson Powers Jr. Brandon

Dorless Evan Williams they've got five six seven guys who might end up

be draft being draft Bucky Irving as well, of course, the electric running back

who had a terrific season for them this past year.

on Wednesday night or Thursday morning mail

to react to what you're talking about.

When I say Minnie Mock Draft, not the full 32 picks, but it'll be at least 10,

and maybe 15 picks that will be reacting to the first wave of free agency, not to get too far ahead of ourselves, but as an example, if Kirk cousin signs with the Falcons, all right, we can scratch them off as a quarterback needy team and all of a sudden, in the Minnesota Vikings become a very quarterback needy team themselves.

But we're going to do today is dive into some quarterback questions.
