and good God have you delivered.

Wow.

I mean, so many levels.

I tell you what, my inbox was flooded.

And I know that doesn't sound good.

I mean, my actual inbox on Instagram was flooded with these horrendous pieces of advice, horrendous.

How inept you are at the digital world because you don't have an

inbox on Instagram, it's DM. Oh my God. Okay, all right, all right. We can have some training

afterwards. But oh my God, there were so many responses. It's, it's great. And I'm reading them,

I was reading some of them this morning, like horrified, like jaw-droppingly horrified.

I think this also came off the back of Connie Simmons. We had a good chat with. She did an episode

a couple of weeks ago, so you can listen to that. It's about sort of losing yourself,

getting back and getting under, which I hate the phrase, get under to get over, stop it.

And how her midwife came postpartum in that really vulnerable period and said,

what are you doing for contraception now?

And she said, well, I'm not doing that.

We're not doing it.
