I am so happy you're here.

And I'm so excited for you to hear a conversation podcast. I am so happy you are here. And I'm so excited for you to hear a conversation between me and my

friend, Brittany. We are going into leadership today, but not your mama's leadership. We are talking about a fresh spin, a spicy take, if you will, on leadership.

And it fires me up. It makes me really excited to talk about because I have worked with so

many women over the years who are leaders of teams

and, you know, or just leaders of households, right? It can be, you don't have to have a team to

be a leader. But specifically, I have worked with so many women who lead teams and who struggle

to lead with teams and are looking for

a new approach to leadership and a way to kind of like rein people in and get them moving

toward that big goal in, you know, one strong united front and effort. And when I met Brittany and started talking to her, I realized that she has the answer to this

problem.

She has a killer solution and she calls it radical leadership, which obviously you're

about to learn all about in just a minute.

But Brittany has led so many teams in the corporate space. And whenever she kind of realized

that what she was being taught and the way things were typically done in the corporate

environments, it just simply wasn't working anymore.
