I'm Brian Bush, as always joined by the national champ Terry Mills.

And, well, Terry, we knew this team was probably not going to go undefeated.

It was not the way that the Wolverines wanted to play on Saturday at Minnesota.

They fall by 18.

Michigan's probably not 25 points better than the gophers like they were at

Chrysler Center a couple of weeks ago, and Minnesota's not 18 points better than Michigan.

That's just kind of how basketball can go sometimes, especially with that quick turnaround

of facing a team for a second time.

Yeah, I mean, definitely a quick turnaround.

You know, I didn't think Michigan shot the ball well at all. And, you know, then the

compound, the turnovers that they had, it was just a recipe for a disaster. And, you know,

they weren't able to get going. And I'm in totally agree with you. I mean, between the two teams,

I don't think the teams are 20 points better than

each other. So, I mean, maybe they'll meet again in the tournament or something. Who knows?

And maybe you can really find out. Yeah, no doubt. So Michigan men's basketball ranked number

seven in both polls, the AP and the coaches poll. How about Michigan women's basketball?

Still unbeaten on the season and Terry, a program high number 11 ranking on the AP poll.

It's disappointing they're not playing Michigan State today due to applause on the Michigan

state side of things with COVID-19.

But we've talked about it all season long, a heck of a start.

I mean, it's not really a start anymore.
