Welcome into our second edition of Inside Michigan Basketball.

Well, it's another successful week for the Mays and Blue.

On the men's side, a two-and-a-week victories over Toledo,

and then on Sunday against Penn State.

The women knocking off Butler emphatically on Wednesday afternoon.

Now a little bit of a gap for both of these programs

as we welcome in the national champ Terry Mills. Well, Terry, at this point, with all that's

gone on this season, Michigan men's basketball won't play again until Christmas Day. Michigan

Women's Basketball will have a gap of about 10 days between games when they come up again this weekend

against Illinois on the road. I have to imagine for these players, it's got to be a relief after

all the uncertainty, all the unknown, and now they finally get a chance to decompress a little bit,

and it helps that they've gotten some wins too. Oh, you know what? It's a relief for everyone.

You know, we take it game by game. I'm quite sure they take it game by game. And for us to have six games with no hiccups,

I mean, that's almost a blessing. And, you know, you got both teams. It's undefeated. I mean,

what more can you ask for right now? I thought Michigan played extremely

hard-fought game last night.
