There are a lot of new documents in the Brian Coburger case. So we're going to start chipping away at those. And the first one we're going to jump into is the state's response to the motion in limine regarding excluding Amazon click activity evidence at trial.
0:25.2	They start off with the facts. Four victims stabbed to death and a K-bar knife sheath with a USMC logo
0:32.1	was found lying next to one of the victims. Brian Coburger's DNA was found on the knife sheath.
0:38.0	On April 26, 2023, the state applied for and was granted a search warrant for Brian
0:44.2	Coburger's Amazon activity.

1:44.9	The search warrant was served May 10, 2023.
1:48.7	On June 27, 2023, Amazon provided law enforcement with responsive data for the dates requested,
1:56.2	and this was provided to the defendant on July 12, 2023.
2:00.9	Sometime in March 22,
2:03.5	Coburger bought a K-bar knife with sheath and knife sharpener from Amazon.
2:09.0	The defendant is saying the state cherry-picked specific clicks or purchases out of the Amazon click history.
